2. Information we collect

When you book a test ride or request franchise information on our website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and city
• Vehicle type of interest (2-wheeler / 3-wheeler) and purchase timeline
• Any optional message or address you provide
• Standard web analytics data (page views, device type, referral source) via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager

3. How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver your free doorstep test ride
• To send service confirmations, schedule reminders and follow-up WhatsApp / email messages
• To respond to franchise enquiries and share business information you requested
• To improve our website, ads and customer service

4. Communication consent

By submitting your details on our website, you agree to receive transactional and marketing messages from LoaderBike on the contact details you provided, including via WhatsApp, SMS, voice call and email. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing care@flextronev.com.

5. How we protect your data

All website traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Customer data is stored in access-controlled databases on managed infrastructure. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with: (a) authorised LoaderBike employees servicing your request, (b) our WhatsApp messaging partner (WATI.io) and email delivery infrastructure (Microsoft Outlook SMTP), and (c) lawful authorities when legally required.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand site usage and improve our marketing. These services set cookies that may identify your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use browser extensions to block trackers without affecting site functionality.
